SELF-CARE WORKSHOPS: BOOK 2

Each Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care workshop will:

  • Introduce the history, philosophy, and principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu.
  • Give specific routines to balance and restore energy to your body.

This class covers Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help Book 2. We find and learn about each of the 26 areas called “Safety Energy Locks” which are the keys to unlocking our true selves, learn more “quickies”, and have plenty of hands-on time to experience the art of self-care. Mary called the safety energy locks “our truest friends”. No prerequisite required.

Tuition:

Series #2 Self-Help Book 2 cost $140 (includes book 2) 6 hours to complete this series on Book 2. Classes are scheduled in two formats, either Saturday from 9am-4 pm workshop or three 2-hour workshops.

Please bring colored pencils/markers. Gluten-free lunch will be provided with a 6-hour class.
