SELF-CARE WORKSHOPS: BOOK 3

Each Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care workshop will:

  • Introduce the history, philosophy, and principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu.
  • Give specific routines to balance and restore energy to your body.

This class covers Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help Book 3. We will go deeper into the power of fingers and toes, learn the finger poses Jiro Murai used in his mountain cabin that were the beginnings of Jin Shin Jyutsu®, and more. There will be plenty of hands-on time to truly experience the art of self-care. No prerequisite required.
