SELF-CARE WORKSHOPS: BOOK 1

Each Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care workshop will:

This class covers Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help Book 1. This book is meant to be complete in itself. The class will cover the fundamental principles and Physio-Philosophy’ we’ll learn about “attitudes” and how they are the cause for all disharmonies, as well as the power of holding fingers, basic flow sequences, “quickies”, and more! There will be ample hands-on time. Anyone can take this class.

Tuition:

Series #1 Self-Help Book 1: cost $140 (includes book 1); 6 hours to complete this series on Book 1. Classes are scheduled in two formats, either Saturday from 9am-4 pm workshop or three 2-hour workshops.
