What will I learn?
Jin Shin Jyutsu® Physio-philosophy is an ancient art for balancing the life energies of the body to promote natural health, vitality and a sense of well-being. It is an art, practiced by placing the fingertips (over clothing) on specific areas of the body, to harmonize and restore the energy flow.

This self-help book 1 workshop includes: (cost of book is included in the cost of the class.)

  • History and basic concepts of Jin Shin Jyutsu®
  • Harmonizing the body using our fingers.
  • Applications of the simple Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu® for specific ailments, such as backaches, neck and shoulder tension, headaches relief, fatigue, and many more
  • Workshops are interactive in nature allowing ample opportunity for questions.

 

Instructor Gail Okray has maintained a private practice in the Art of Jin Shin Jyutsu for over thirty years and is a self-help instructor.

No prerequisite. Everyone is welcome!

  • Each of the three self-help books are taught individually, and can be taken in any order, providing even more time to explore the art and gain in-depth knowledge of self-care routines.

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking in the building’s parking lot. 

What should I wear? Do I need to bring anything special with me?

Wear comfortable clothing. You will remain seated during class, but you will have the ability to move around as needed to maintain your comfort. All supplies will be provided, but you can bring colored pencils or markers. Beverages (water, coffee, tea) and a gluten-free lunch will be provided.

What’s the refund policy?

If you cancel 10 days prior to the class, you will receive a full refund. We cannot offer refunds within 10 days of class because supplies have already been ordered.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please do so.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. If the details of your registration have changed, please email your previous and current information to gail@keyelementswi.com

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. If you are unable to attend due to illness or other emergency, please give your ticket to someone you feel could benefit from the amazing art of self care. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?
