Take this class and learn about the gentle art of Jin Shin Jyutsu self help. Turn some of your chaos into contentment.

This class covers Mary Burmeister’s Self-Help Book 3. You will learn about the power of fingers and toes, and Gail will teach you the finger poses Jiro Murai used in his mountain cabin (when he rediscovered Jin Shin Jyutsu), and much more. You’ll have plenty of hands-on time to truly experience the art of self-care.

Each Jin Shin Jyutsu self-care workshop will:

  • Introduce the history, philosophy, and principles of Jin Shin Jyutsu
  • Give specific routines to balance and restore energy to your body

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

There is free parking in the building’s parking lot. 

What should I wear? Do I need to bring anything special with me?

Wear comfortable clothing. You will remain seated during class, but you will have the ability to move around as needed to maintain your comfort. All supplies will be provided, but you can bring colored pencils or markers. Beverages (water, coffee, tea) and a gluten-free lunch will be provided.

What’s the refund policy?

If you cancel 10 days prior to the class, you will receive a full refund. We cannot offer refunds within 10 days of class because supplies have already been ordered.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes, please do so.

Can I update my registration information?

Yes. If the details of your registration have changed, please email your previous and current information to gail@keyelementswi.com

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable?

Yes. If you are unable to attend due to illness or other emergency, please give your ticket to someone you feel could benefit from the amazing art of self care. Is it ok if the name on my ticket or registration doesn’t match the person who attends?

Yes, as long as you’ve contacted Gail in advance to let her know. Email gail@keyelementswi.com with changes to your registration.
